This System Protection Warning (SPW) is being issued pursuant to Section 9, GT&C, of EMRT’s Tariff to notify all shippers of upcoming planned end-of-season (EOS) maintenance on EMRT’s Unionville Storage Facility with an effective date of November 3^rd, 2025, and an anticipated completion date of November 11^th, 2025 at 09:00.

Due to operational restrictions during this time period:

1)      West Line capacity will be limited to 102,000 Dth/d.

2)      EMRT may not schedule any volumes that result in a daily long position.

3)      EMRT may not accept any makeup of short positions.

4)      EMRT may not schedule IT, AOR or secondary firm transportation volumes to storage nor will EMRT allocate secondary firm transportation on a no-notice basis.

Should any of the details of this posting change, EMRT will notify its shippers and update this notice accordingly.
