Line Capacities and Line Priorities applicable to
services provided under this Agreement shall be
determined pursuant to the provisions of MRT's Tariff
(currently set forth at GT&C Section 8.2(b)), as
subsequently amended and in effect from time to
time.

On any day MRT shall not be obligated to receive or
deliver a cumulative quantity in excess of the MDQ
set forth in this Agreement.
Pursuant to Section 15.8, GT&C of MRT's Tariff, the
parties have agreed to an extension of the term with
respect to all of the capacity previously committed
under this Agreement.
